Support

We are glad to help you get ServeWay™ working well for your church. Reach us by phone or email—whichever is easiest for your staff.

How to reach us

  • Phone: (502) 788-6490. Support calls are answered by an automated voice agent. Churches with active paid support (the first year comes with the license) can ask to be transferred to a person from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, except major holidays.
  • Email: support@serveway.org
  • Sales questions: (770) 746-3607 (automated voice agent)

Tier 1 and tier 2 support

Your lifetime license includes support for the first year. Here is a simple way to think about the two tiers:

  • Tier 1 — how-to questions and updates. Ask us how something works, or get the latest updates for ServeWay.
  • Tier 2 — hands-on technical help such as setup and troubleshooting. Tier 2 time is counted in hours. Your first year includes 2 hours of tier 2. Renewal options can add more—see Pricing.

User manual

ServeWay™ includes a user manual with setup steps (including the database, whether ServeWay™ installs it on your PC or you use your own server or web host) and how-to guidance for everyday ministry tasks. Open it anytime from the Help menu in ServeWay™.

What to have ready when you call

A little preparation helps us help you faster:

  • Your church name and the best callback number
  • A short description of what you need (how-to question, install, error message, and so on)
  • Whether you are on the free trial or a licensed install
  • Your Windows 11 PC nearby, if the question involves the desktop app
  • Any exact error text or a screenshot, if something failed
