Safe, simple sign-in
Members sign in with their name and password. The website uses the same two-step sign-in setting as the ServeWay™ app: if a person turned on two-step sign-in in the app, the website asks for their authenticator code too, after their name and password are correct. Same login, same protection, on both.
The code box appears only after a correct name and password, and only for people who turned on two-step sign-in. If a member gets locked out, your staff can reset them.
Member pages come with the ServeWay™ app and need your ServeWay™ database hosted online (Hosted by ServeWay™ or with a third-party hosting provider). A database on a single PC can't power member pages. Member pages are included in the ServeWay™ Complete Bundle.

Support needs paid support in place
All support is available only while your church has paid support in place. That means phone, email and chat, for both tier 1 and tier 2. Your first year comes with the license.
The User Manual is always yours
Even without paid support, you keep the ServeWay™ User Manual. It is in the app, and a current version is on our website. Your license keeps working without renewal.
What five years can cost
Here is the math if you renew tier 1 support every year.

That’s about $59 a year.
* Based on $99 + 4 × $49 = $295 over five years, renewing tier 1 support every year. Optional outside services, such as Twilio (texting and calls), an AI provider, Brevo (email) and streaming such as MUX.com, are billed by those companies directly to your church at their own rates. ServeWay™ adds no markup. So the $295 does not include everything. Brevo email is free for up to 300 emails a day.
Pricing FAQ
Can we get a refund?
Because you can try every feature free for 45 days first, purchases are non-refundable. The exceptions are where the law requires a refund, duplicate or mistaken charges, and a prorated refund if paid support is discontinued early. See our License Terms for the details.
How many PCs can we use?
One license is for one church. You can use it on any number of that church’s Windows 11 Pro PCs and kiosks.
What happens if we don’t renew?
Your license keeps working. You also keep the ServeWay™ User Manual, in the app and on our website. Support (phone, email and chat, tier 1 and tier 2) and updates are only included while you have paid support in place.
Do we need Windows 11 Pro?
Yes. ServeWay™ is a desktop app for Windows 11 Pro. Plan on Windows 11 Pro for each PC and kiosk that uses it. Some features require Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Can I use LibreOffice instead of Microsoft Office?
No. LibreOffice does not reliably generate presentations and documents through an API, so ServeWay™ requires Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for those features.
Does a computer need to stay on?
Your data lives in your church's own MariaDB or MySQL database. ServeWay™ can install it on your church PC for you, or you can use one on your own server or web host. Notifications and automations work only while at least one ServeWay™ PC is running, so keep that PC on a UPS battery backup. ServeWay™ makes ministry work easier and less costly. It still needs your people and a running PC.
What languages does ServeWay™ support?
The ServeWay™ app and the ServeWay™ for WordPress plugin are available in English, Español (Spanish), Português (Brazilian Portuguese), and 한국어 (Korean). Each PC picks its language in Setup or App Settings; the website follows the WordPress site language. The user manual and help screens follow the chosen language.
Translations other than English were prepared with AI and have not yet been reviewed by a human translator.
